It’s funny, the way these things work.
If we had properly scratched our session, surely myself, the new “Mom Lalonde,” would have dealt with her in an overbearing way which would mirror our relationship in my session. I would have gone to unnecessary lengths to make sure she consumed alcohol responsibly or perhaps replaced her beverages with something else without her knowledge, which she would have viewed as slow torture by passive-aggressive guilt trip and not as some long-awaited revenge from a past incarnation.
Of course, that was never the case and never will be. The decision to cheat the scratch was made long before we started the game, and the surprise flavor of time makes their session all the more interesting. Since the Alpha versions of Dave and myself were murdered before schedule, we were not able to terrorize their adolescence, and I was not able to uphold the passive-aggressive cycle of revenge.
